【TailorMade Culture Talk】Make-Your-Own-Dumplings Party

It’s a Chinese Lunar New Year tradition for families to gather around flour-dusted tables to roll, fill and fold as many dumplings (饺子jiǎozǐ) as possible. Jiǎozǐ means “money” in Mandarin. Serving heaps of jiǎozǐ is a way of sharing wishes for prosperity and success in the year to come. 

For many of you stuck in Shanghai apart from your families, or those of you who wish to make some delicious, hand-made Chinese traditional delicacies, or even those of you who are just interested in learning Chinese culture, wash your hands and get ready to join us in mastering your dumpling making skills… and perhaps taking control of your financial future in the process!
